I’m Sonia! I started Moments We Keep Design Co in 2024 as a creative outlet from my full-time job where I currently work in Biotech. Creating a place where I could free flow into multiple creative directions is what fills my cup. I’m a foodie who loves to bond over a delicious meal or a cup of coffee. For me, it’s all about the simple pleasures.

  • Delivery & Pickup: Delivery to and from your event venue, with pricing based on travel distance and setup requirements.

  • Professional Installation & Setup: Careful installation of all items, including cleaning and touch-ups during delivery.

  • Next-Day Breakdown: If overnight storage isn't available, a late evening pickup can be arranged for your convenience.

  • Initial Conservation

    We begin with a phone consultation to understand the overall vibe and theme of your wedding and to align on your budget and expectations.

  • Project Proposal

    Proposal of multiple digital mockups showcasing different design concepts with prices. Together, we will go through a revision cycle until you’re completely satisfied!

  • Design Phase

    We will work to design your items and share sneak peeks with you throughout the process. We want you to be excited about the pieces but we also want you to be a little surprised!

  • Wedding Week

    Crossing our t’s and dotting our i’s. We don’t want to miss a single detail or guest! We provide the flexibility to update your seating assignments up until one week before the wedding day.

  • The Best Day

    Our signs will tell your guests what to do and where to go. But no, seriously. Don’t have any worries, your guest will see you there to celebrate!

Questions & Answers

  • We provide delivery service and pick up to areas within a 60 mile radius of Providence, RI. Travel fees are based on the distance to and from the event venue.

  • Thank you for your interest. We recommend you inquire as soon as you know the details of your event!

  • Absolutely. For wedding signage and custom builds, we will work with you and your wedding planner to ensure that each piece aligns with and complements the themes of your wedding day.

  • We understand the time, details and attention that is required to deliver quality craftsmanship to each of our couples on their wedding day. To ensure that we are creating pieces and moments you love, our main focus will be the details of our large scale projects.

    However! We want to foster growth as much as possible. If you are interested in smaller scale customized signage, please reach out to us and inquire about potential options. A few examples of small scale designs are baby shower, birthday, graduation signs, table numbers, etc.

  • Most definitely! We will provide item design mock ups. You will then be given the option to request any changes. As much as you want them to be perfect, so do we.

  • We would be glad to letter a mirror that you own at a discounted fee. While we build out our inventory, if there is a mirror that you love and we think could be a good fit to our lineup, let us know!

  • Shipping is not offered on any of our pieces.
